When someone visits our website we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

People who use our services

Joining out mailing list

We use a third party provider, Mailchimp, to deliver our email messages. When you join our mailing list, we ask you for your consent to having your name, organisation, job title, and email address collected, transferred to the United States, and stored by Mailchimp. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies including clear gifs to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. Ordering health promotion resources

When you order free health promotion resources from our website, we ask for your name, job role, organisation, and email address. You will also be asked to select if you would like to create an account and/or join our mailing list.

Please see above under ‘Joining our mailing list’ for details of how your information will be protected and managed if you select the option for joining the mailing list.

When you check out your order your details will be saved on our website. This information is used only to complete your order and the information is not shared any further. Creating an account will not alter how your information is collected and will make it easier and quicker to check out orders in the future.

People who use our contact form or email address

The contact form is emailed to us at info@healthresourceberkshire.org and your details are not stored anywhere within the website. We will see your name and email address along with any message and attachment you include.

Your rights

Complaints or queries

We encourage people to bring it to our attention if they think that our collection or use of information is unfair, misleading or inappropriate. Access to personal information

  • Let you have a copy of the information in an intelligible form
